Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the game ("ORIGIN, English DDTank Server") provided by ORIGIN Eng Group and Nordteam (owners), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.

Intellectual Property: Ownership: software, and game mechanics, is owned by 7Road Group. All in-game content, including but not limited to graphics, text and others is owned by ORIGIN Eng Group and Nordteam or their licensors.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without our explicit permission.

Virtual Goods and Purchases: Final Sales: All purchases of virtual goods or in-game currency are final and non-refundable.
Limited License: Purchases grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the virtual goods within the Game.

Updates and Changes: We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or within the Game.
Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination: Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website.
